Galeria Młociny / Warsaw
DESIGN
Galeria Młociny is a new Warsaw shopping center in the Bielany district, it stands along Nocznickiego Street, Zgrupowania AK. The construction of the commercial building began at the end of 2016 and was completed in 31 months. The total area of this five-storey commercial building is 220,000 sq m, while the usable area is 82,000 sq m, of which the largest part is commercial space – 76,000 sq m, 220 stores, less office space – 6,000 sq m. The project investors are Echo Investment in cooperation with Echo Polska Properties, its general contractor is the construction company Erbud, while the project was created in the studio of Chapman Taylor International Services from Warsaw.

Libero Shopping Centre / Katowice
DESIGN
The construction of Galeria Libero began in the summer of 2016 and will end in September 2018. The total area of this shopping gallery will be 120,000 sqm. of which the largest part will occupy commercial space – 42 thousand sqm., there are 150 stores on it. In the gallery, apart from shops and service outlets, there will also be a 7-screen cinema, a billiard club, a children’s play area, squash and badminton courts, restaurants with terraces and a medical zone. The architectural concept of the building has been developed by the Mofo Architekci studio, while its developer is Echo Investment based in Kielce.

Sopot Centrum is a modern, multifunctional complex where life is born and is concentrated energy of the city. The owners of the building took care of its diversity, adapted to the needs of visitors – there are shopping, service, gastronomy, cultural and office points. The general contractor was Bałtycka Grupa Inwestycyjna S.A.

DESIGN
Inspired by the landscape of the region, a single-level structure with spacious squares, glazed roofs, fountains and fashion accessories is a tribute to Krosno and the region. Through architectural references, primarily to the typical glass city, VIVO! Krosno will open up to its customers impressive interior, offering not only the stunning wealth of brands, but also the journey of the region’s climate.

Wroclavia Shopping Mall / Wrocław
DESIGN
Wroclavia Shopping Centre replaces former PKS Coach Station. This commercial and office space complex and a coach station rolled into one was completed as a building shell in December 2016. The 240-million-euro investment is carried out by the French developer Unibail-Rodamco. The entire project is due to be completed in October 2017.

Galeria Metropolia / Gdańsk
DESIGN
Metropolia Shopping Center is one of the largest investments in the Tricity (Poland). This multi-purpose building with an area of 30 thousand sqm is located in the district of Wrzeszcz. In addition to commercial activities within the building will also be located hotel with 120 rooms (Hotel Focus), a cinema and a wellness center. The main advantage of the center is the perfect combination of communication Gdansk Airport and the Pomeranian Metropolitan Rail.

The modernization of the ETC Shopping Center began in April 2016. The project aims were to adapt the facility to the needs and expectations of customers and tenants. The standard of the building, which will gain a new elevation and modern interiors, will be corrected. Parking will also be enlarged, which will have 750 free parking spaces and bicycle racks.

The Quick Park building was completed in Oława, located on Nowy Otok Street. The construction of the building began in the first quarter of 2017. The commercial area of this building reaches 11500 m2. Company Budowlano-Remontowy Budrem is the general contractor of the building. Investment project was created by Bernatek Architekci. Real2b Denvelopment was main inwestor of this project.

Ursynów Shopping Center / Warsaw
DESIGN
Ursynów is one of the largest shopping centers in the Ursynów district. Situated on the main arterial roads, it invites not only the residents of the district but also the surrounding towns. Thanks to the reconstruction, an underground car park and a second six-storey car park will be built, allowing the center to park 4,000 vehicles.
